Ford Super Duty Performance

It seems the competition just can’t keep up with Ford Super Duty performance. In fact, the year 2020 just might the “season of bests” for Ford, as America’s best-selling truck has raised the bar for heavy-duty pickups by delivering a whole array of “best-in-class” performances. See for yourself:

Best-in-class diesel towing: The new F-series raises the stakes with its available 6.7-liter PowerStroke® V8 that has a maximum gooseneck towing capacity of up to 37,000 lb. Also, up to 32,500 lb. fifth-wheel towing and a best-in-class maximum conventional towing of up to 24,200 lb.

Best-in-class diesel power and torque: The 6.7-liter PowerStroke® is also the most powerful diesel Ford has ever designed. Delivering a best-in-class 475 horsepower and 1,050 lb.-ft. of torque.

Best-in-class gas power and torque: With the all-new available 7.3-liter V8, customers are offered the most powerful gas motor ever offered in a Super Duty. The 7.3-liter produces a best-in-class 430 horsepower and best-in-class gas torque of 475 lb-ft.

Best-in-class payload: With a maximum towing capacity of up to 37,000 lb, it’s no surprise the new F-series has such a high payload as well. With just the standard 6.2-liter V8 gas engine, Ford owners can haul bigger loads with a best-in-class maximum payload capacity of 7,850 lb.
